    I was a member on and off over the years but did not renew ~2 years ago because of reliability concerns.

    I liked the tool.

    I've seen it down for a while and wondered what was happening.

    Hope they get the act together and you get value out of your investment. I might sign up a month here and there if it ever comes back up.
