I am similarly frustrated redrover. I subscribed to the tool to continually monitor the quality and valuation of my existing shares, as well as evaluate prospective investments. If I had known it would be unavailable for several months I would not have subscribed. I normally reasess and re-balance my portfolio before June 30 with the help of the tool but wasn't able to this year.Three months to change data providers is excessive! In addition to being unhappy about the poor communication, the offered compensation of extending our subscription periods by the down time plus one month is extremely inadequate for the inconvenience incurred. I am now looking for other valuation tools, and have taken a free 30 day trial subscription to ClimeDirect.com . It seems to have more flexibility than shareanalysis.com. For example you can enter your own discount rate and the valuations adjust accordingly. Also they provide detailed written evaluation by Clime's analysts on those shares that are held in Clime's own managed funds. A disadvantage is that their list of covered international stocks seems not as large as that of shareanalysis.com .
