Interesting, I also see the address they give (Level 1/129 Blues Point Rd, McMahons Point NSW 2060) is up for lease. I have sent an email requesting a refund! Wonder if I can get a refund through my credit card. Also, intend reporting them to Financial Ombudsman! Sadly its a bad name for a good product.
