Probably the lack of interest is a reflection of the lack of clients that remain. Problems have been continuing for a long time and surely many have now left. If clients had been better treated there would have been a natural stickiness among them, but, when you are maltreated you make it a point to remember your anger come renewal time. Also remember that they have been off line for so long that they have not been recruiting any new business during that period. I reckon that they have just burnt their business like just another Australian bushfire caused by arsonists.
