Yes it is this phase - very similar to the URW thread last year. This is a way safer investment than URW was though, and doesn't require a Billionaire to defend the share price. I am just sitting back and accumulating in small parcels.....and can be patient here. There is blood in the water and is being very well down-ramped - but this ship will turn soon and swiftly.
