End of the day, do we really need a share buy back. Personally I'd prefer management to actually focus on building the business behind the scenes vs worrying about what the share price is doing short term.
Naturally, improved sales + profit long term will drive the share price higher without any need for a share buy back.
I'd prefer they spent the billion in the bank on acquisitions to enable long term growth. Yes the share price is disappointing, but its the long term story which matters.
