For those who still choose not to believe, I have been advised by a leading Aussie broker that the share price could get to 30 - 50c a share in the short term if Jinchuan gave up ALL of the notes. Still not going to do anything & let the value here be squandered by those not acting in your interests?
Yes up to 50c in the short term, not next year. Worthy of spending 10 minutes on an email to the Board & CEO I would have thought! All are welcome to join the campaign.
fyi the Company will have been advised of exactly this same share price target, yet they choose to do nothing.
It might be alleged that all Jinchuan care about is getting their tonnage of Ni concentrate - that they are using Albidon as a conduit because the Zambian government harbour serious reservations about dealing directly with the Chinese. Jinchuan NEED Albidon - they do not need the Notes.
We must force through change, but not dilute our primary objective of removing all the Convertible Notes by converting them to debt or repaying them from cash. Get the Notes to go & all else might follow:
Board & management changes
lessening of Jinchuan influence
proper corporate strategy
research notes
media campaign
FAIR VALUE $1
expansion to mid-cap
Just out of curiosity you might ask our CEO for a direct answer to the question:
How many times have YOU been to site in the past YEAR?
Heap the pressure on Sanlin Zhang & Jian Hua Sang, but be sure to include at least Harold Wang & David Round too.
Sanlin allegedly runs the show, remember our Chair is also the Vice President of Jinchuan & he allegedly controls Albidon (but will not admit to this, no-one will fess up to being in charge!) - the other 2 Jinchuan blokes on the Board are mere yes men.
Jian Hua does very little for his HUGE salary, he is allegedly a puppet for Sanlin - yes our CEO but a puppet.
Harold is based in Sydney & is supposed to be the independent Board member - he will be well aware of the potential for reporting to ASX & ASIC.
David needs to be kept in the loop as Company Secretary & CEO, he seems to be the one genuine guy there.
