The update 28th May pretty well at the end (the last step) says the distribution of cash and shares in March'25 is subject to a favourable Tax Ruling ANFMD subject to FFX ceasing to be a party to EGTF legal action or those proceedings beung finalised.
So if there is no change to the steps outlined, it could be years to finalise if the the legal action is not sorted quickly.
