Firefinch shares are held on the Computershare registry, you will need to register with them.
During the registration you can set up your preferences for;
~ email, and elect to receive correspondence via email
~ bank account, link your bank account to receive any payments

You will need to have all your information ie: HIN = Holder Identifier Number or SRN = Security Reference Number, that can be found on any holding statement you have received for FFX shares purchased.
