Hi Fooca,
When, following you info I checked my account details for bank details, email etc.
I did this as follows.
Portfolio > View details > actions > account details as shown below.
Then checked here on account details that everything was up to date.
However If try to Click "My Profile" at the top right this comes up (below).
So my question is the first step in this post correct? or do I have to become a member?
