The Shareholder action group has now obtained the service of a large litigation funder.
This allows the solicitors to now proceed with court action within the Supreme Court to obtain all required documents from Pitcher Partners the administrators to complete a full investigation of previous dealings, mismanagement and or gross negligence within and by the company, its directors and financiers and any others which may of been involved while working towards a full action against any perpetrators.
This is not an easy thing to obtain as litigation funders will not become involved unless they believe there is a possible mismanagement or gross negligence, where it can be proven in court and they will be able to profit from the final action.
This has taken a lot of work from the shareholders action group and personal funding from members of the group to get to this point. Anyone who has suffered a loss in the past can join the shareholder group, (and we particularly look forward to hearing from anyone with an intimate understanding of the abject failure of OGX).
