The response that you refer to has been drafted and is to be finalised shortly. We are aiming to issue a single response to all the shareholders at once and are in the process of maximising the form in which we can gather information we require, from each shareholder, in order to state their claim as a creditor. For the time being, I have attached an shareholder information sheet regarding the Voluntary Administration process.



As the minutes are a public document they will be available on the ASIC website once they have been lodged. This will be within two weeks of the meeting.
