Can you dirct me to a reference/release etc noting the "original plant manager packed up his tools"
Another poster emailed me noting corrolation between HNC selling mid 2007 (advice to market 2 july). CMR went to lengths to impress upon us that all was in order - things were proressing well - no significant changes in either project shedule or costs and commissioning still planed for october yet just several short weeks later - 30 August we were told of cost blow outs and commissioning delayed till Q1 08. And we are suppose to believe the JV partner had NFI that was about to be released. Yeah pull the other one
