The information received at the egm from Martin Jones of Administrator Ferrier Hodgson was that they would seek a solution that was in the best interests of creditors and shareholders alike.

That clearly does not sound like it is in the best interest of shareholders in any way shape or form. But then that does not surprise me...

Creditors will try and get in and seal the deal before shareholders know whats happened.

Time to stand up and be counted CMR shareholders. If you want to have any say in what happens to this company, its assets, your investment in it... etc...etc.. then email your support to Cuzo at: [email protected].

And if you know of any Non HotCoppper CMR shareholders let them know and give them an opportunity to participate as well. The more the better.
