    Hi all...I have another question. Who was responsible for the stuff ups in building the plant.??? Was it the designers,the builders.engineers.Who caused the cost blowouts and why havnt they been sued or something..How can whoever did this just walk away and not be held accountable.Where was the people[management ?] that were supposed to check that it all went together properly according to plan.???Why werent we told how much it would cost when the problems were discovered...Who walked away leaving us a 100mill plus repair bill which got us into the predicament we are in today....WHO..??????S.BURGER
