Just a little advice in dealing with ASIC and others, mark all you correspondence 'Private & Confidential' not to be passed on to any other party without your written consent.
FYI ASIC would normally pass on your complaint to CMR and ask them to respond, any libelous matters could come back to haunt you.
Also gag Shareholders Assoc from using your name/contents without your consent, they are able to speak as a collective only.
IMF will want some assurance of exclusivity if they decide to proceed with the matter.
Long shot and worth the effort but don't get disappointed.
