I agree with you that its likely the instos and the major holders have more information than we do... no doubt they would not have had the difficulties that we little fish have had in gaining access to information. That these still hold is an indication that IGE remains valid, imo. Have you written to the big holders? Yet I doubt they would be likely to provide much more information than we already have as they would want to protect their interests and maintain confidentiality. Certainly, what goes on behind the wall should not be released for public consumption.
