Some points to ponder going forward:

Call a meeting of shareholders to replace entire board, start looking for replacements who are prepared to front up and represent you on the board

Class Action, contact litigation funders with a view to commencing class action ASAP against the directors and D&O policy.

Keep your fluids up, directors have taken the piss out of you, time to replenish stock.
