Surely if we see as a potential investor in a company that when a company announces that 100% funding secured and no dilution to holders, why shouldn't they buy the stock with confidence??

ASX must be held accountable, noone expects a ASX stock to lie in an announcement and say they have secured 100% funding if they haven't.... Padbury stated this and now they are saying it has been terminated..
