    It would be a nice precedent to see someone fry for traders' losses in the market. But the market gets bullshitted to, and is victim to acts of incompetence, on nearly a daily basis. So good luck with that. Yeah, this is one of the worst, but there have been plenty of other shockers over the years. Anyway, that's ASIC's business, and I sure hope they do something about it - for the sake of market integrity.

    I would be looking at whether or not the directors fulfilled their roles in the interest of shareholders. And if not, what costs to shareholders can be accounted for (time, salaries, travel, legals, etc, etc), and is there any legal angle to claim on it.

    Anyway - hope shareholders can do something. You'll probably have ASIC on your side (unlike many other examples where they seem not to care), so that's got to help no end.
