Given that the last company update on this matter was 20 Feb 2017 where they advised:
"SK and VV and the legal representatives for LWP and VVV Tech met on 15 February to discuss how this matter might be settled. The company will keep shareholders informed of progress here."
I would have thought an update was required given that they are going to court again instead of reaching a settlement and that LWP appears not to have legal representation anymore. An ASX query on this should have been raised.
