If you can show the exact law and how it was broken then I would support the board removal. That's different to not complying with ASIC regulations...I'm certainly not advocating for either of the current board remaining with control of the company...I am surprised ASIC seems to have done nothing...I'm totally in agreement with the need to get someone on board who can contain costs...we seem to have an incredibly high AISC structure that needs serious attention..then we had that advert for more staff that professed we were getting gold grades above expectations... one wonders what happened to that..when we again only delivered 6 mil in revenue...hard to know what is happening with the rubbish information we've been provided with..or lack of information might be more to the point..still awaiting activities report, AGM, legitimate board etc etc ?????
