Directors, Secretaries and Financial personell move from company to company every 18 mths - 2 years, look at a new site, implement CR issue and dilute share without actually producing any income but still get paid.
This must stop.
Bleeding ordinary hard working average Aussie that have families to support and invest in ASX list companies in striving for a better future.
We don’t invest in ASX listed companies to fill their already fat arses and wallets.
Polling your shares and votes can give you a voice with incompetent management. In doing this, you must be discreet, confidential and respect your fellow shareholders, never let management know what your thinking as they will move quicker than lighting.
aqua is honest and genuine.
No offence intended to anyone, just my opinion.

Hey2 ,thanks.......but there is a form they have to send in to stop the top dogs from voting, i cant remember what it is, but if they dont fill that in they will always win.....they have the voting rigged , the little shareholder will never win, have seen it lots of times.
