Although I’m not a fan of Facebook, Quantum seems to have a handle on this and well done Quantum.
Doodle have secure encrypted forms where everyone’s information is secure. This is where you can collect data of shareholders, ie name, email address and number of share for each shareholder before you can lodge a “ change in substantial holdings”
Finding the “voting rights” for elections is the next piece of information that is important.
