After some reading we only need a group of holders with greater than 5% voting power to bring a general meeting on.... s 249D

Also to bring a motion to remove a director we need an additional notice .... s 203D

Post that over at HotCopper please some-one and I bet more will come here to get CTL BOD know we are serious. I feel they're keeping us in the dark. Not acting in share holders best interests. I am no CEO or Gold mining guru but this has to stop.

Here is a link to a similar case. I think if we did this and notice was given to the company prior to say 30 January 2019 then it would make a difference.
