 Please if anyone thinks any differently let me know. But with the rules at the moment Gandel would not be able to convert his loan into shares because of the 20% rule and this did not go to the AGM meeting and vote as we did not have an AGM  also the conversion price had to be voted on. So if we do not have the cash he can take over the assets unless he extends but on what terms. We hear nothing which is disgraceful and just have to guess and interpret from the little information that we are given.

If anyone knows more please let us know.....particularly the company!!!!
