From the work by people on the Facebook CTL Shareholder Action Group can all the people who pledged their shares please read this. For any action to be taken we cannot use HotCopper names but have to fill out who we are, this is an unavoidable prerequisite.

" Here's a link to an online email form to gather details of participants. This will then allow correlation of all members details to be later signed and sent to the company along with the two notices. The intention here is that only the participants will see each other and the information will not be publicly available. The details of the 5%+ participants has to be sent to the company but it will be requested to remain confidential and unpublished. The idea here is to validate the group so the two notices have to be acted upon.

Currently from the Facebook CTL Shareholder Action Group they have 7 participants and 9,875,602 shares in appropriate format. This link in the first post here " https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1I86o62BBTAb-uWpRUDK0wZ-FnJ_qGhJVolBjmvadzFE/edit#gid=0 " has 27 participants and 66.5 million shares. So like me, if you want to make something happen we need to get us all together on one sheet as per CTL share registry to be taken seriously or anything we do will be dismissed.

If you haven't joined the Facebook group please consider it, perhaps once this is over it'll be deleted if you're worried, or I suppose you can just read it, or delete your own posts. Perhaps check your FB security settings to lock down your public profile before joining if it worries you, but there you will get a good idea of what the group is up to.
