CORPORATIONS ACT 2001 - SECT 249N

Members' resolutions

(1) The following members may give a company notice of a resolution that they propose to move at a general meeting:

(a) members with at least 5% of the votes that may be cast on the resolution; or

(b) at least 100 members who are entitled to vote at a general meeting.

Ladies and gentlemen shareholders of HCH. I have no experience of effecting management change in a listed company, but I am weary of the status quo as it exists at Hot Chili. I have seen more poor decision making than good during the past 2 or more years I have followed this company.

My experience with management has been that of complacency, over-promising/under delivering, poor/misleading communication (including the shuttering of company meetings to shareholders living outside Perth), unprofessionalism in public interviews, and most importantly - the consistent erosion of shareholders' wealth.
