That is good to hear. I agree he cares little for the small shareholders who have been shafted and also agree Glencore could not care less about the SP. This was one of his greatest incompetencies when he handed them 10% stake at a price most of us would have killed to get in at. He has little idea how to negotiate to the benefit of shareholders.
Most important difference here in a resolution like this compared to an email is it will bypass CE and be put to a shareholder vote.
Who cares if it doesn't get passed? I still know and care where my vote will be going.
