Good afternoon fellow shareholders.

I am starting this thread out of disgust for the way our very cosy management team have awarded themselves close to 100% increase in salaries from 2021-2022.

I enclose 3 screenshots for your perusal. The wording in the third shot is particularly pertinent- describing how the board sets salaries to retain directors of the highest calibre, while incurring an "acceptable" cost to shareholders.

It struck me that while most shareholders have been losing money on their investment, particularly those who contributed the $5 million at the last CR, the board have awarded themselves very nice salary increases and bonuses.

For what?! Rapidly decreasing revenue? A declining share price? Rolling out the same tired assurances about the underbanked?

Give me a break please. It's been 5 friggin months since the EMI announcement and we still have heard zip f$&k all about the planned pilot project. Yes, I repeat, NOTHING about the project. Bear in mind that it is also highly likely that such a project will contribute little to no revenue to the company as it will be low numbers and geared towards testing usability etc. Meaning still more quarters of losing vast amounts of money.

Do we really think that is acceptable? Especially considering the CEO is making over $10k per week? Are these guys really of the highest calibre?
