    I intend to send this to the company on Thursday.

    Over coming months I'll contact each and every shareholder on the HRR register. I want to build consensus about where this company has fallen short and how we can set things right. I know this will be an exhaustive and extremely challenging undertaking. But I'm a determined and methodical person and will never give up. Grateful for views.
