Dear fellow shareholders

The time for jokes and no action has come to an end.
Of course we can still have a laugh at funny jokes, but now is also the time for taking action.
Alara should be all about construction, building, growing.

I don't need to make any claims here about the current leadership; long term holders will know the story and new shareholders can read all about it on the forums and announcements.

Some things to think about:
1. What mining experience does the current board have?
2. Are shareholders being kept fully informed?
3. How many deadlines and timelines have been missed without any explanation?

There is no need to send personal details; simply send via email your comments, number of shareholders in your party, number of shares to be voted in favour of a board spill or other action.

In the future, I may access the shareholder register for names and addresses.

Voting requirements:
100 shareholders; or
5% of eligible votes

Or otherwise, director nominations prior to the next AGM at the end of 2021.
I will seek nomination. I encourage others to seek nomination. I am not interested in seeking wages or complaining; my main concern is shareholders and making progress, building, contructing, growing, expansion etc.
Considering the rate of progress to date, I am highlt confident a new management team can outperform the current personnel.
