Maybe it's my skeptical side of me that i suggest:

We have had a bit of a lull where we have had no contract announcements particularly out of China, do you think that maybe there has been a slight dispute within CEC as to ownership of the shares and now that it is sorted contracts may follow

Or is it just me with a scheming mind !!
