Shareholder Analisys - Do we have the power?

Based my calculations it is possible to get rid of the chairman if ALL small shareholders support it. We only require 5.36M shares from the top 20 shareholders minus the ex-directors.
I strongly encourage the ex-directors to initiate the process as a last-ditch effort.
