There is no motion presented yet. Just stay informed. The ex-directors have enough shares to call for special meeting and then we can all vote for a certain motion.

So far we know that we have the voting power.
For now we will monitor the situation, if ex-directors didn't initiate it, I believe we only require 10% of company shares to initiate a motion and put it vote.
