    I believe David Xu who might have sparked the whole saga owns 4M shares which needs to be taken out of our pool.
    I do not know the position of Paul Davis in this matter, but he owns 5M shares.
    For safety say we have 20M deficit. which can be matched with any one of the top 20 if we ALL support it.
