Not sure why the ex Directors have not mounted a proxy fight? Not sure if any of them are still working at the company?
They would be crucial to a proxy fight and the ideal team to lead. Maybe they are awaiting results of current enquiries to support their case? Maybe they can't declare their hand too early as their jobs would be on the line? Maybe they know it wouldn't succeed?
