Lee told me in an email that he had asked the ASX to give them a trading halt which they refused, (his words were "IMPLORED") , I lodged a formal complaint to ASIC about the ASX refusal, they told me they may look at it, but that I would not be told of the outcome or words to that effect, what a crock!

As far as them trying to take away our voting rights, well I don't care how they slice and dice it, they do not have that authority to take away a shareholders voting rights in my opinion, litigation may result if they try, a class action perhaps?
