Understand, I have to admire your dedication as it something that I suspect most shareholders would not consider, certainly not me. Although it will not change my opinion that the Directors were doing all they could to stop the company going into a trading halt. This because it probably would have had a negative effect on the alternate funds that they were raising at the time, on that point we will differ. I always considered MST to be a Ponzi scheme, where the technology got in the way of chasing capital so that they could pay the note holders. It is interesting that some of the bile on here is not directed at them. The Administrator also did not seem to waste any time on insolvent trading either.
Despite what you and the others think or believe I am totally ambivalent as to how control is or is not obtained. I would be happy to see an EGM although it may just turn into a forum for those shareholders who feel that they have been wronged. For that reason I would not attend the meeting if it were to be held.I also recognise that ASOF have chosen to go a route which is just not popular however, again I recognise what they have done is perfectly legal and not without many precedents, just as I said unpopular with some. Sometimes what is legal is not pleasant.
Perhaps as you say liquidation will certainly bring the whole thing to a finality allow us it take our losses and lick our wounds and move on. Although as I have said many times in the past I would be happy to ride along with a clean shell looking at other transactions. At least the current Board, as long as the may last, have interests in many other fields and could just achieve that.
