You really are an interesting character Muss. Are you a journalist or a labour minister?

You accuse me of conducting a "fear campaign" which made me laugh so loud that people started to look. Lets have a quick reality check shall we. At the time you made that rediculous accusation against me exactly how many times had I posted on this subject, or in the last 2 months in total? Thats right, I'm counting my posts on my fingers and when I finished counting I was only holding up one of them. I have opted not to send the pic of me holding up that finger as evidence of my counting skills. It could easily be misinterpretted! Talk about finding a colourful term and then stretching its meaning beyond any recognition. "Campaign" my ass. I'm now leaning toward labour minister.

Not content with your "fear campaign" accusations you then go on to vaguely acknowledge that what you said wasn't factually correct but excuse yourself for this because you feel that the truth is merely "spin". You are simply unbelievable in every sense of the word.

You say "I agree that the words “could” or “may” may have been more applicable than the word “would”. However, whatever spin you choose to put on it if ASOF cannot get the conditions of the deed approved, liquidation is probably the only alternative".

I note that once again in the above you take further liberties with the statements which were written in black and white in the company announcement. "liquidation is probably the only alternative" according to you. If it was the only alternative then they would have said it was the only alternative. Its not the only alternative and we all know it. ASOF have absolutely no obligation to enforce the conditions precedent as I stated previously. Not doing so is an alternative which would avoid liquidation isn't it! Please stop making stuff up to suit your argument.

I'm not going to waste time pointing out the dozens of other silly inaccuracies in your novel. Substituting words from announcements or trying to change the definitions of words in the english language to suit your cause is called making stuff up. Once or twice is understandable but a regular pattern can be seen. When you combine it with insults and accusations against anybody who dares question your own agenda then one rightly needs to question why you are so keen to kill off dissent.

Quite simply there is no better time to indulge in a debate to explore every possible outcome. All holders can vote in their own best interests, or not as the case may be in ASOF is successful in getting the ASX/ASIC to rubber stamp it. It would seem foolish not to have at least looked at the various possibilities irrespective of how uncomfortable they may seem.

MST holders have been to hell and back ... we can forget the back bit as most of us are still there, and there was a lot of hoping that we would never get to this point. There were some that shouted down anybody who in the past suggested that ASOF might not be our friend when they first came on the scene and that we may in fact find outselves right in the position that we are in now. Gone are the days that we can burry our heads and hope for the best. Nobody looks after our interests except us. If you don't want to have a debate thats fine but there is no need to call other people names just because they prefer to deal in facts.
