Any SH can call their management team anytime. The phone numbers appear on the company website. Meeting with a CEO etc isn't a big deal. Whats wrong with people chatting with management and holding them accountable? The way some are acting here, one would think AP spilled the beans and caused an insider trade to occur.
I suggest that any SH upset by the meeting that occured ring the Company themselves and have a chat like afawcett has done.
