I hope you are right re Range 19.9% and the restrictions that places on them.

Unfortunately i've seen too many companies suffer backdoor entries which clearly are not in the best interests of current shareholders. They get through because they are all pre-arranged, with the necessary ducks lined up between the big boys before the 'arrangement' is announced.

You seem very confident which is great, I really hope you are right. Goes without saying we will all be mightily unimpressed if 100M shares go out the door at 1cent.
