I went, I listened and intended on giving them a serve but I was pleasantly surprised and and now cautiously encouraged.
The old team was cleaned out, Bruce is very matter of fact about things and they were very clear that the mistakes of the past were in the past and that things are different today, with a new team
I found Frank and Bruce to be both legit and I believe, so far, that they will move the company forward.
They will need to move the share price way beyond of the options exercise price of $0.008 in order the get more money into the coffer.
This is critical, all going well, this project is a winner and provides quick payback on costs and, in their words, finally a revenue stream which will allow them to widen their options around financing, rather than having to tap the market every time.
The oppies being converted will lead to $5m + in funding, so I believe, all going well, that the prospects for the project warrant a significant rise in value of the heads, which will bring the oppies into the money, leading to conversion = cash (as long as things go to plan though)
My concerns over why this project "fell into their lap", i.e. why the previous co let it go were more than allayed once I heard the history why. They had someone scouting for rare gem projects and this was identified and the previous owner weren't able to focus on it, so I think they negotiated it well especially considering their situation
I've done a fair bit of dough, for me at least on this so far but I'd expect to get it all back plus some if this sticks to plan and executes. Bruce, and others also have a fair bit of skin in the game so we're not the only ones wanting money back plus...
