Jake, they would have to cancel the meetings if nobody has notified them by this Thursday that they will be attending. Surely they cant travel to these destinations if they know that nobody will be attending, they wouldn't be that silly........ would they????? Then again maybe they will.
I suppose they are looking for any way to burn cash $$$$$$$$
