    Why pay 6 or 7cps, if one carefully and conservatively accumulates at under 5cps as is being done.
    As we climb the ladder the volume will increase.
    Not so long ago the SPP was 6cps PHG has evolved since and it shouldn't take much to revisit these levels and go well beyond.
