Thank you for your response, I was holding my breath expecting some smart arse answer.

I am fairly new to the stock market and learning as much as I can, but my thoughts are?

If the report was going to be good, they could of taken advantage of the share price weakness when they gained major holdings??

The other thought is that their expectations are that the report is not going to be good and they will launch their takeover after the report comes out on further weakness??
