IMO,shareholders should ask the law firm that shareholders should be charged for all fees and costs less than half of being recovered amount by class action.
IMO,there is no limit and in bad cases,shareholders should pay fees and costs by own money,if law firm just win in class action.
This is not a real no win no fee,in my opinion.
And shareholders need more than one column for having bought date of DSH shares to register for class action.
IMO,$2200+$100 per person is too much for class action.
But if shareholders will be charged less than being recovered money by class action,this fees and costs are acceptable by me.
