Perhaps that because it was the big holders of DSH shares that engaged this particular law firm, the "thank you" from them is that they get the little holders to somewhat subsidise the big holders (?) If you had a $500,000 shareholding, you'd be delighted that you only pay a measley $2,200 for the possible return that a little guy is financially aiding the law firm helping you get back. I think a slide of scale is the fairer way.
