Everyone seems focused on Anchorage being the primary wrongdoers because they made a lot of money out of the sale. It is possible to argue they made a lot of money out of the sale because WOW ran the business poorly and sold it for a song. The fact Anchorage funded the entire acquisition from running down excess inventory in DSH on acquisition indicates this.
I'd say a class action should more focus on the actions of management during 2015. The P&Ls on this website below (only part of the balance sheet is shown) show something dramatically went wrong in the back end of 2015 - don't think Anchorage can be fully blamed for that.
