Was always going to be marketed as a cosmetic, hct just didn't do their research...
ZNO isn't TGA approved either, it's not a big deal. HCT just need to wait for CDC lab results before it can be approved reckon.
(zno tga approval is for their surface (not hand) sanitizer only, which if you read the fine print, is NOT to be use on SKIN)
